Pacific Rim centered, Plumb Lyne, finds his soul and sonic roots at the intersection of golden age hip hop culture and underground dance music. Originally a graffiti writer from the SF bay area- he's been producing and performing in the NW underground alongside a broad community of friends and family for more than 10 years.  He is a co-founder of the Portland Producers Meet Up and has a residency at PDneXt, alongside; Natasha Kmeto, Graintable and Danny Corn.

Check the new Dropping Gems Podcast, released January 2012 for 30 minute original mixes from Plumblyne and Brown Bear.

Plumblyne is the solo work of Jeremy Plumb.  He remains committed both to the craft, and the community it brings together- the relationship between performance, dance music and the world (and the worlds behind the world).  He is a lifelong student of music, art, performance, and poetry. Past music projects include; The High Planes Drifters (poetry), Coyote Beat (live duo) and Peripheral AV Band (live 5 piece).
